TSH aviation is a boutique, principal-led aircraft advisory and brokerage firm, focused on aircraft sales, acquisitions, and charter solutions worldwide.

We operate with a simple philosophy: fewer mandates, more attention. Every engagement is handled directly by senior leadership, ensuring alignment, discretion, and execution at every stage of the transaction.

Our core activity is advising aircraft owners and buyers on complex transactions, often involving cross-border structures between North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. We represent both sellers and buyers under clear mandates, with a strong preference for exclusive engagements that allow us to fully commit our resources and protect our clients’ interests.

We are not a volume-driven brokerage. We do not list aircraft for the sake of visibility. We take on a limited number of assignments where we can add real value - whether through pricing strategy, deal structuring, market access, or hands-on execution.

In parallel, we provide charter brokerage services, sourcing aircraft through a vetted network of licensed operators, always in full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
